Returns & Refunds
On premise we do not accept returns.
The Manifesting Formula for Triunes is printed on demand by Lulu Publishing – and Lulu does not accept returns. However, if you have received a faulty product, Lulu’s Replacement Policy applies:
If you require a replacement item, please contact us within 21 days of your order’s shipment date and we will contact Lulu on your behalf. They will be happy to provide a replacement copy.
When you reach out to us, please email us at Order@EmbraceYourGift.com and include either of the following:
- If the book is defective or damaged, please include an image of the issue.
- If the book doesn’t arrive, then please confirm the shipping address with us first.
If your product is not faulty but you have changed your mind about the purchase, please understand that international shipping fees alone will render the return unfeasible. We’re a tiny team and in no way equipped to deal with the globally encouraged ‘just-send-it-back’ strategies employed by larger companies (who hope you won’t and count on you keeping it). So please take a moment to check in with yourself before you pass through check-out.
There is, however, a slight delay in the purchasing process, so if you wish to cancel your order, you have a three-hour window.
- To cancel your purchase, please go to your email inbox and locate the email you received from us at Sovereign Empaths. You are looking for this subject line: “Your Sovereign Empath order has been received!”
- Please FORWARD this email (do not hit ‘reply’ but forward) to Jenny at CANCEL@EmbraceYourGift.com and confirm that you wish to cancel (part of) your order.
- If you cannot find this email, please compose a message to Jenny at CANCEL@EmbraceYourGift.com, clearly stating which (part of the) order you wish to cancel. Please include an indication of when you placed the order, including the email address and shipping address you entered, so that we can locate your order and interrupt the process.
If you have already received an email with the subject line: “Your order with Sovereign Empath is now complete!” the order has already been processed with Lulu and cannot be cancelled, but until then we will do what we can to stop processing (part of) your order.
We will manually confirm your cancellation and will then proceed to manually refund your payment. Delays may occur over which we have no control; we depend on the money being returned to us before we can return it to you, so please factor in ten business days.
“But Dani, international law says I have the right to send a product back within 14 days if I’m not happy with it.”
Indeed, you do, but unfortunately those rules don’t apply for Lulu. However, if you’re really not happy with the book and it is still in its original wrapping (Lulu wraps each book individually prior to packaging), then within 14 days of the shipping date you can mail it to me at my home address, and I will reimburse you for the book myself – but please understand I cannot refund shipping. You can get in touch with me here and we will fine tune the details.
