I reflect back what I hear – sense – notice. I hold up a mirror, offer a fresh angle.
And I connect the dots on what you’ve been circling but couldn’t quite see.
The shift comes when something suddenly clicks, and you see yourself – and your options! – differently.
The 60-minute container keeps us on track and helps us hold focus.
A HeartFelt Conversation is a safe space where your boundaries are honoured: your choices are yours, and I don’t bulldoze or lecture. But I do speak the truth as I see it.
If the call is aimed at getting to know each other:
Before we meet, we’ll have had a brief exchange – usually over email – so that I have a sense of where you are.
Once we’re in the session, we dive in and unpack that.
If you’re already familiar with how I work:
You know what to expect: during a Convo we look at whatever you bring to the table.
If you want, message me before the session – for that initial clarity. It will help us hit the ground running.
Just a reminder: Convos don’t have a healing element. If that’s what you’re looking for, I recommend the Momentum Package.

During the Convo we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, and we’ll assess which of my existing offers are just what you need – or, conversely, we create a programme around your needs. And we’ll definitely have that email exchange first!
