Lane Changing
Lane-changing is how we move through life as Sovereign Empaths and Triunes, noticing the pull, acting, and finding our momentum.
I feel capable. I know what I want, and I take steps toward it.
I feel open, ready, able. I notice the energy in my body, the clarity in my mind, the pull of purpose. I act. I allow. I notice progress. I notice myself moving forward.
Then doubt creeps in.
Tension in my body. Hesitation in my thinking. I wonder if the lane I chose really matters. I question whether what I’m reaching for will stick. Past disappointments press in. And something else pulls.
I don’t want to give up too soon.
I don’t want to be flaky. Yet I must honour the pull.
I step back. I pause. I reflect.
I sense the new lane stirring, pulling softly, clearly. I see it’s not new — I chose it before. The tension arrives with it: unease in my body, questions in my mind. Should I shift? Should I have shifted earlier? Should I stay a little longer? The hesitation and the pull exist together. I act within it.
Momentum returns.
I feel capable again. I feel open again. I step fully into the lane. I act. I allow. I receive. I notice opportunities. I take them.
I feel progress.
The earlier tension lingers subtly, but it does not stop me: this is what I want. This is what wants to come through.
Then the next swing appears.
I sense which lane wants to activate next. I hesitate. Should I shift? Again, hesitation and pull exist together.
Doubt grows. Heaviness returns.
I notice it in my body, in my mind, in what feels possible. I notice the difference. I see how what I want changes — and how it changes how I move. Again.
Over time, the pattern emerges
Lane-shifting, polarity-shifting, ebb and flow.
I swing between openness and heaviness, capability and doubt, one lane and the other.
I step, pause, shift.
Even in the swings, I keep moving. I keep choosing. I keep acting. Even when heaviness is paralysing, I choose. I choose that this must shift again. And it always does.
I notice the rhythm of my own motion. The pattern of my days and weeks. How I navigate between what I want now — and next. Lane by lane. Moment by moment. Day by day.
