Awesome! You’re here! Let me share the Healing Lab details.
Healing Labs are currently on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays and you need to be there Live.
Scroll down to the sign-up form and choose the day that works best for you; if either works, pick the option ‘Both’.
I will confirm an actual date with you a.s.a.p.
If neither day works, pick that option and I’ll be in touch.
I’ll share samples from my 1:1 healing sessions that give you a taste of what working with me is like — so:
- make sure you’re comfortable, bring water – and maybe pen & paper.
- bring a small kuya: a living stone.
Also, set your intent! (More on that below.)

What’s a Kuya?
A kuya, in its true sense, is an altar stone used by mesa carriers in the Healer tradition of the Q’eros of the Andes. ‘Mesa’ is the name for the altar; it is carried in a cloth by the healer: the mesayoc. The kuya is the name of the sacred healing stones that, together, form the mesa.
I’m a full mesa carrier, a mesayoc, in the tradition of the Q’eros. As an aside: I am also trained in Huna Lore and my overarching perspective is aligned with these adventurer shamans of Hawaii.
In our context a kuya can be anything that is used for healing, ranging from a pebble to a pendant, and from plain to ornate. As long as it can hold the energy and the meaning of ‘your desired outcome’ anything will do — but I’ve added a pic for inspiration.
Why bring a Kuya?
Below, in the form, I ask what you want this Lab to bring you. Once you have your answer, connect it with your kuya: just ‘give it to the stone’. She will hold the energy for you. And if you anticipate that you may want to burn, bury or discard your kuya afterwards, then really something as simple as a pebble or even a piece of wood will do.
My preferred measure for suitability is that I can carry it around for a few days: as a pendant or bracelet, or small enough to comfortably fit in my pocket.
Setting your intent
When you fill out the form below, take a moment to feel into the questions.
The first one is all about intent setting: what are you hoping to achieve?
Putting your thoughts and feelings into words will start the energy moving – and that’s exactly what we want! We’ll be talking about your intent during the Lab: this is what you bring to the table.
Don’t be surprised if, by the time we connect, you’ve already experienced a shift; and then you just may want to adjust the intent you set to a higher level, 🤗
What happens next
Once you’ve sent in the form, I’ll be notified.
I will confirm a date with you as soon as possible and then I will send you a Zoom link.
Now, on the off-chance that this was forwarded to you by a mutual friend, maybe you and I have yet to connect for the very first time. I believe in actually getting to know you, so by all means share your Facebook handle and I’ll look you up. Or hit mine (Dani Dakota) and send me a friend request!
Hope to see you soon.
Much love,
P.S. got questions? DM me!
